I was in need of a vehicle after my Nissans transmission failed, and my father was trying to help me out by getting me something reliable so i could get to and from work. i wasn't able to be with him for the purchase, so he and my step brother got me a 2015 Honda civic. after it was bought/paid for, they dropped the car off at my place in Plymouth. i almost immediately noticed a clunking sound when i turned the steering wheel.I had thought it was possibly bad tie-rods. it was bad enough while the car was in motion, but moving slowly or while stopped, the noise was much worse when you turned the steering wheel. i eventually brought this car in for an oil change, and when they put it on the lift, they said that the sound i was hearing was a bad Electric steering rack that was about to fail.
Nice place excellence in selling cars.
