I had an accident on US 203 and called Nelson Auto Repair. The manager (Hasel) was super helpful and took care of everything — towing, fixing, and all. Great service and honest people. Highly recommend!

Nelson Auto Repair is a reliable and trustworthy shop. The owner Hos is professional, honest, and very detail-oriented. He takes the time to clearly explain what’s going on with the car and answers questions patiently, which makes the whole experience stress-free. The work was done thoroughly and on time, and the pricing was fair with no unexpected charges. You can tell Hos genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely return for future repairs and recommend Nelson Auto Repair to others.

STOP....shopping around for what you might imagine is a better place to trust to work on your investment, your necessary and trusted mode of transportation. If it's not as "trusty" as you'd like, Hasel and crew will make it that way. I was fortunate to have met Hasel and the rest of his team recently. My oldest is new to the area. I have had two interactions with Nielson Auto Repair and both were dealt with the highest quality and customer service. Hasel and his team go above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. The car was not ready on time which in a normal shop I would have to come back another day, Hasel personally delivered the car the following day! It is not everyday you find a shop with high customer service, quality work and accurate pricing.
