Scott Hann was very helpful when I needed a replacement part for my Infiniti QX60. The part was on back order nationwide so I searched online to find one. We shared a number of telephone calls while I was purchasing the part. He was patient and extremely helpful. He is an asset to your Parts Dept. for sure! I truly appreciated his patience he showed me.

Tad and Kim, what can I say about them, they are awesome! I stopped by to talk with Tad about getting the parts needed for my 2025 Nissan Pathfinder, which I love. Tad worked to get the necessary parts for the body shop to get my car back to me after 3-months of waiting for parts. September 12rh my car will be back in my garage. Tad the parts manager is amazing! He goes above and beyond to fill all of our parts orders. He provides frequent communication and is always super helpful! This is hard to find in this industry! Thank you Tad , keep up the good work!
