Nissan of Clearwater Service Center

By far, the most professional automotive center I have experienced. Easy automated booking, I did it on the automated phone system, got in immediately, and was helped by Magela, who was very nice. In the waiting room you can see your vehicle through a giant window while it is getting worked on. Eli did an incredible job. You even get a video detailing your cars tire width, suspension, and overall condition, under the car, while you are waiting. I am so impressed!

Had a 10 am service appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Arrived early, and after 2 hours I spoke with the service advisor and was told that my car was not yet in the service area. At this time my car was going to be take into the service bay and it would be ready in about an hour. I told them that was unacceptable and asked for my keys. I drove 30 minutes each way and wasted 3 plus hours of my time! I will never come here for service again. This was not my first bad experience with this service department. Decided to give them a second chance and was very disappointed again.

Wow, this place even removes your 1 star google reviews, so I will just have to leave another one. Went in on Sunday 8/3/25 @ 10:30 am for a scheduled oil change / to take advantage of their "early bird" $9.99 oil change and tire rotation, plus my Protection package detail that they so feel the need to charge on every vehicle. Tire rotation could not be performed, due to not having a thin walled socket. I didn't get my truck back until 5pm. Completely unacceptable and unreasonable. Sales manager that day, don't know is name, was not helpful the least bit. Stated they were "transitioning", which has nothing to do with me. Beware! This dealership gave me a certified pre-owned car with dents, dirty interior, paint damage, forged my signature, and listed incorrect mileage. No accountability. Very disappointing experience.”
