Nissan of Richmond Service

I've been taking my car to the Nissan of Richmond for service for years, and they have always taken excellent care of it. The staff is professional, reliable and my car runs perfectly because of their service. I'm very happy and highly recommend them.

My personal Service Technician was Raquon. He was absolutely fantastic! His follow-up service and attention to detail was clearly Best-In- Class. Both Raquon and my Service Advisor exhibited a Personal Vested Interest in my customer service satisfaction. Well Done!

I had an issue with my AC in my Nissan Rogue Sport, and I cannot say enough about the incredible service I received from Donnie and the entire Nissan Richmond team. From the moment I brought my car in, Donnie was professional, kind, and kept me updated every step of the way. She made sure I understood what was happening with my vehicle and gave me peace of mind throughout the process. The whole team was efficient and welcoming, but Donnie truly went above and beyond. I’m so appreciative of her customer service and highly recommend Nissan Richmond for anyone needing honest, dependable care for their vehicle!

I had a great experience like always at Nissan Richmond! Chandra is a sweetheart and professional! Thanks again for keeping my baby running smoothly!

Donnie was super helpful. Work was done quickly and correctly. Lounge was clean and spacious.
