Nissan of the Bronx Service

My appointment for my vehicle was on 2/26/26. I arrived on time and was met by one of the valet person and was given a ticket. I was then asked to take the ticket inside where I met Rob. Rob is one of Nissan's service associates. I found him to be very knowledgeable and attentive. He kept me informed while my vehicle was being worked on. He assured me that I would not spend the whole day waiting after telling him that I needed my vehicle to get to work. My experience with Rob as a service associate was very professional. While sitting and waiting for my vehicle, I witnessed the same treatment towards the other customer. Thank you Rob for your customer service. Simone Nixon.

I usually take my vehicle to Nissan of the Bronx for servicing and I must say the experience this time was awesome. First of all , Rob, the service advisor who I saw, was very pleasant and professional. He did an amazing job in explaining the services that were required based on the present vehicle mileage, wrote up the job card for what I came in to do to get things going on my vehicle. After the vehicle was inspected, there were additional items to be addressed which he thoroughly discussed with me. Although there was a significant delay in getting the high priority items done due to a miscommunication from the service technicians, Rob was very professional in handling the situation. In the end, I left satisfied that my vehicle was serviced and for a great price!

First let me say I love this location. It is very convenient for me. Local restaurants, public transportation easily accessible and an easy time llsnagging an appointment. I had a longer than expected wait after dropping my vehicle off. But once I was registered and waiting for my car to get its annual maintenance, it was a comfortable atmosphere. Light sing along music playing, tea and coffee available and a very attentive Rob. He kept me abreast on the status of my vehicle throughout my stay. 2 hours later I am good to go and my car is ready to take on this new year we are entering. Will definitely keep location as my primary spot.

Today, February 17, 2026, I visited Nissan on Boston Road, in the Bronx to do an oil change. I must say that I ended up having to do a vehicle maintenance. I was assisted by Robert Castro. Rob offered great customer service! He was extremely kind, helpful and friendly throughout our interactions. I find dealing with Rob very stress free. Thanks again Rob for all the kindness you showed me today. You really made my day! Meeting a personality such as yours first thing in the morning after leaving work, set the pace for the rest of my day. You are a great asset to Nissan of the Bronx!

I recently purchased my first car, and truthfully, after my warranty expired from Carvana, it's been my problem child. I've come to trust only this dealership with it. I have service providers Rolland, Rafael, Rob and all of the technicians like Earl and one other whom I can't recall their name to thank. Each of these men have been patient with me and answer me knowledgeably regarding what's happening with my car. I am provided with quotes and comfort during the process and each time I witness how honorable they are with their work.
