Nickolas was my sales person and a great one too. I'm having difficulty finding the survey to say what a good job he did. He felt very straight with his recommendations; being a senior I try to read truth vs sales pitch. I'm actually glad he kept me on the "yes" purchase track, im happy with the car. Also, dealing with the new D.H. Nissan, MacLauflin sales persons Nick and Bassam, is better than when I purchased my Rogue there 6 yrs ago. So Thank you.
Bad customer service. Have to walk around looking lost in order to actually get someone to come out of there hidden offices and even then wasn't the best experience. For the sales dept.
Bad experience. Rude customer service. Dont go here for parts.
