The service was completed exactly as promised, with clear communication throughout the process. The price was fair, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. Nissan has never let me down, they are so courteous and amazing at communication and lend a hand wherever they can to help with rental, local transport or even just a simple refreshments for the wait.. First visit to the Service Center at Dick Hannah Nissan in Gladstone. Steve (name?) greeted us with a friendly, cheerful attitude, showed us where to go, and vaccumed my 2006 Nissan XTerra to get us started. Scott and crew did a fantastic job servicing my XTerra: new cats, front brakes, and multipoint inspection to keep this classic Nissan XTerra on the road for many more miles. Scott shared that he is an XTerra owner as well, which gave me confidence in his suggested repairs and parts. I found a new home for continued trustworthy service for my XTerra. Thank you!!!
