I couldn’t be happier with my experience at No Doubt Auto! From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, welcoming, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle. They made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. The sales team answered all my questions with honesty and no pressure, and the financing process was quick and straightforward. I drove off the lot with a great car and total peace of mind. Thank you so much!!!

This place appeared to be everything I needed. I was in a tight spot and needed to get a vehicle asap. I was quickly approved. I was told if I had any issues with the car to bring it back. The very same day I purchased it, right after I signed at the bank, it broke down running hot because a hose had been zip tied. They took it back then and told me they would look over everything. I got it back the next day and they only rigged the hose. Here I am a couple months later, it broke down again and I have a broken head gasket from it running hot previously. They would not help me at all! I have pics of this and plan on taking legal action. Its also been almost 4 months since I purchased and I still have not received my tag! I want people to know what happened to me, so it won't happen to them

This place was a complete waste of time. I drove an hour and 45 minutes away under the impression that I had been approved for a vehicle. My credit was pulled and I was told that everything was good to go. Upon arriving I was told to go to a founders bank to do my paperwork. Once I got to the bank the loan agent had no idea who I was or what I was there for. I was denied for the loan and was told by no doubt that to come back to the lot they would use a different lender that I had already been approved by. On my way back to the lot I was called and was told that they wouldn’t be able to help me and just like that 4 hours of my day was wasted. Beware of this place. They are complete scammers.

I always look for a woman-owned business and this is one that is run with great integrity. Much appreciated!
