Robertson's Ace Hardware

Don’t advise you to buy anything just in case you want to return it and the manager says it’s a storm item and I can’t return it. It was just an extension cord that I need it for my dogs cage than I find out it’s double the price than anywhere else and they sold me a ladder like that before almost twice the price. Than they want me to support local business lol

Fairly new to the area and I've purchased many things from here already. Friendliness to the customer is lacking in this store,but they don't seem to have a problem talking and laughing with the other employees.A simple hello at checkout or a thank you would suffice

Absolutely love this place! Just opened up our new location. SuperDogs Gooming and Day Spa. When we got in there the place was a wreck so I have visited Ace hardware several times. Every time I go in there someone always greets me asking me if I need help finding anything. I'm really happy they are just right around the corner from us. Great people!

Almost every time I go to purchase items; there's usually 8/10 times they don't carry what I need. And sometimes items are posted on sale, and they will tell me it's not. With many inventory items they have to look on cell phones, because they don't have a clue what I am asking for. I have 5 rentals properties and spent about $ 5000 to $ 8000 at Lowe's yearly. Plus, their prices are steeper than the other stores I shop at. I know these Ace Hardware Stores are franchises, but this owner owns about 5 or more, to me his prices should be more competitive.

I could spend hours and hours in this store. Thank goodness it's not bigger, or I would probably never leave. Always well stocked and clean. Extremely helpful friendly staff. Love the new items and amazing sales. Thank you for making Chesnee, SC, your home.
