gives me and my boyfriend a price to fix our car he said it will be 710. my boyfriend goes alone he waits 2 hours and then they charge him 783 dollars just to not even do the alignment which he told us was apart of the job because we asked

Gave me a price I showed up called in advance told him when I would be there wasn’t there his guys worked on the car didn’t do my alignment which was apart of the job it’s why I went there for the price he gave me the day before to do all my damaged parts after the work gets done I find out everything but alignment was done after sitting there for 2 hours just to get charged 783 instead of agreed price 710 and I still get charged for a job that wasn’t done I confront the guy gives me mad excuses can’t answer why I’m getting charged original price plus more especially when the job wasn’t completed does not answer thinks it’s a joke tells me I shoulda went to another shop if I want it done at the time come back tomorrow as if I didn’t tell his ahh already what time I can make it and if it’
