No Limit Auto

My sister Recently purchased a vehicle from this location that essentially totaled itself less than 24 hours due to the ECM being erased causing the engine not to pop up any error codes causing the appearance of the car to run normally. I am not sure at the moment who exactly erased the computer in the car but when we went back to discuss this with no limit auto i spoke with Rico who told me that it was our fault and we should have known something was wrong with the vehicle before agreeing to purchase it while smiling at me. Our Customer service experience is absolutely appalling and quite frankly embarrassing that anybody would treat there customers the way this place did to us. I could not possibly recommend this place to anybody based on what i have witnessed them do.

I had a very disappointing experience with No Limit Auto. After saving for months to buy a vehicle, I purchased a 2011 Chevy Traverse from Keith, who assured me it was a sound investment despite some minor issues. He was adamant that it was sold "as is" but led me to believe it would be reliable for winter commuting. Just two weeks after the purchase, the engine started smoking while I was driving, and the car became unresponsive. When I reached out to Keith for assistance, he initially promised to help, but after texting him my address, I received no response despite multiple attempts to contact him. Bought a car from these people and ended up having to get a proper key from the gm dealership. They have me a key that barely started the vehicle. GMC said that it was the key that opened the door to the car. It's not the proper key to start the car. If I would have kept on using the key that no limit gave me I would have ending up messing up the ignition..I called no limit to let them know that I'm not mad but just to let them know they should watch out for it for other customers. I got yelled at. I'm so offended right now. Honestly I've never bought a car from a dealer and end up getting the wrong keys.
