Nogales Glass & Aluminum Co

Kind, courteous and very affordable. Saved me significant money on a job that other local glass shops refused to bid on and my other options were corporate shops in Tucson. By the sounds of the negative reviews it's apparent that Nogales Glass chose not deal with them because of their likelihood to be problematic. No one needs a headache customer.

Showed up hours late for an estimate appointment. After about 30 minutes measuring all my windows and other items, they told me they'd call in a few days to give me the estimate and never did. It's been almost 3 weeks and haven't heard anything and i know they have my # bc they called to tell me the guy was running late. Don't waste your time with this company! I definitely will not be hiring them for my job.

Recommended by a friend. Marco made an appointment to determine the work needed and said he would provide an estimate. By the way, he did not show for the appointment when scheduled after me waiting for more that two hours and I needed to call (he did not call me) to reschedule. That was over a month ago and after many calls to them asking for an estimate I gave up. Admittedly it would have been a small job. I was attempting to shop local - I live in Tubac. They don't seem to be interested in followup, a new customer and a new job. I would not recommend them.

Never came or even called to let me know he couldn't come or just simply tell me he was not interested in job. Not professional at all.
