Super incredible service. I found these guys through Reddit and needed to get my brakes replaced last minute. I called in today, and they asked me to come by first so they could properly diagnose the issue. They inspected both my front and rear brakes and confirmed that the grinding noise was coming from the rear pads. They were completely honest and let me know my front pads still had plenty of life left, instead of trying to upsell me on parts I didn’t need. After confirming the issue, they ordered the parts, which arrived within about an hour. Once the parts came in, they knocked out the brake job in just 30–40 minutes. Very smooth experience. Came in for a smoke test with an 11:00 AM appointment and was back on the road by 11:20. Professional and efficient without rushing. While waiting, I watched them work on other cars—careful oil changes, tire pressure checks, and underbody protection. You can tell they take pride in their work. Pricing is very reasonable, and they have plenty of parking, which makes the visit much easier. I’ll definitely be coming back for future repairs and oil changes.

Quick, high-quality service. Did my DMV-required Smog Inspection right on time and for a very reasonable price. If Apple Fritter next door is too busy, you can relax on the patio while Wally does the job on time and at the promised price. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed with wally, only giving two stars because he ran a free visual inspection (to be clear, this took 15 minutes of their time). I'm sure he's an OK mechanic, but he really needs to work on his customer service skills and communication. We'd agreed on the previous day I would stop by, and he texted me an estimate. When I arrived, he instantly became condescending and rude, as if doing me a huge favor or something, and would barely let me explain the situation in-person.⋅I was hoping to pay for a full diagnostic but apparently they "don't do noise" according to Wally. If the problem is beyond superficial or obvious from a visual inspection, what are you supposed to do, become a mechanic and check yourself? Wally's suggestion was to take it to a mechanic that "does noise". Ano

I recently had my brake pads replaced here and was very impressed with the service. The team finished the job quicker than the original ETA, which was a pleasant surprise. Throughout the process I received photo updates via iMessage showing the progress and then final photos once everything was done. That was really cool and gave me extra confidence in the work being done. On top of that, the price was very reasonable. Not the kind that makes you hesitate. And as a bonus, there’s a great café nearby where you can spend some time if you come in the morning while your car is being worked on. Highly recommend this shop for both quality and customer care!
