I want to preface this review with the fact that I am terrified of mechanic shops. I am our mechanic because I’ve been scammed so much. It’s so hard to find a trustworthy and reliable shop to fix a car, let alone a huge rig (we have a 40 foot school bus!). From the first phone call, Norfolk Truck Center eased our worries. It was a no big deal attitude with what was wrong with our bus (a broken flex plate). It was a job that required our entire transmission to be taken down so we were expecting them to skyrocket the quote and talk about how big a job it was. Instead, they told us it was something they did often, not to be worried, and the quote seemed so fair we couldn’t believe it. I recently brought my truck to this dealership for service while it was still under full factory warranty. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I was charged for services that I reasonably expected to be covered under the warranty, and I was informed that obtaining reimbursement from International was difficult or unlikely. I felt that the situation was not handled transparently or in a manner consistent with my expectations for a warranty-authorized service center. I left with significant concerns about their service practices. In my opinion, customers should exercise caution and ensure that all warranty details and potential charges are clearly explained before authorizing any work.

So I took my tractor there and got my radar fixed and they did a good job..., I took it back because I felt like the staff was pretty cool so I had to get more work done so I took it again and when I got it back my door which had issues opening g it from the outside but was ok opening from the inside wasn't working at all. OK i understand things happen so I left it to get that fixed. I went to pick it up and now all of a sudden my check engine light is mysteriously on mind you I haven't driven the truck in a few weeks and had no light on. But to top it off the stuff that was fixed was done pretty shitty for the amount I paid..., i had gaps in the door and door panel and come to find out the price that I was emailed was gonna be the total cost with taxes, I was charged to pay almost 250 mor

I had a great experience in the service department with Emily she has Great customer service and knowledgeable. I also always have a great experience with Sandy in the parts department. Anytime I call she always helps Help me and find the part that I need

I tell you that I went to buy a part for my truck that was not cheap at all said part was defective the same day I go Asia there and they tell me that they do not give warranty I give it a star because it does not let me not give any and bad treatment of those who serve the store
