Norm's Car Care

Great service, I was having an issue with my brakes that 2 other auto shops couldn't figure out, it took an extra day but found two issues and made sure it was fixed correctly and that the brakes worked as they should. Really happy I found Norms, I'll be going there for any issues in the future, he cared about it being done right

I cannot say enough about the service I received at Norm’s. Always friendly and always professional. I am normally a Do it yourself guy. Unfortunately, the work I attempted on my car did not go as planned and left me a bit stranded. I called the shop and the team offered to get me fixed up and road worthy as quick as possible. Luckily, I was able to drive my car a short distance to get to the shop before they closed for the day. Left the car there and by lunch the next day it was ready to go. Huge thanks to the entire team at Norm’s for the world class service!

The employees at Norm's were nothing but amazing! The service I received was perfect, it was completed so quickly and they were completely honest and transparent with the pricing and didn't over-charge me at all. Such a great shop!

I always recommend Norm’s to anybody that tells me they need their car looked at! I’ve taken my car here many times and have always received amazing service, fair pricing, and have never been talked into services I don’t need. The most recent time I took my car in, I was fully expecting to have to wait a week or two to get it back because I was not able to schedule my appointment ahead of time. I took it in on a Friday (the 4th of July so a holiday) and got it back on Monday afternoon!! I can’t say enough about the people or the service here!

Integrity, kindness, and fair pricing! Need I say more? I've lived in Lincoln for 4.5 years, but only heard about Norms from a patient who, she said "I absolutely trust them". I wish I had found you sooner. Thank you for taking car of my car, being professional and kind, giving great advice and insight, AND a ride to and from my home. You're the BEST!
