Billed in advance for parts, they never arrived and he says he cancelled the order, said he'd reorder when it was in stock, but then it was too late to do a charge back on my credit card. No refund given, made up some bogus charges on an invoice long after I took my vehicle back. Installed a used China alernator charged $450 for it plus inflated labor. It was squealing when I left the shop, it's bad and I had to replace it the next week. Owner not a mechanic or a business man. Still trying to resolve.

He took my job in and promised results. Payed alot of money for sub par work. Ordered wrong parts. Used sheet metal screws to told a computer module in. Didn't tighten bolts in suspension work i had done. Cut up my radaitor reinforcement and hack welded it back together. This shop is not the place to take a vehicle you care about. He seems to care about other side ventures rather than do the work you pay him for.

I take both of my cars to North Coast Customs for everything from oil changes to valve replacements to leaking sunroofs. They have always done an amazing job of accommodating me and getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. Tony runs his shop with integrity. Chris and Kevin are always friendly and on top of whatever I need. Thanks guys!

Tony and his crew are great! Fixed up my exhaust system quickly with an oil change and had it ready the same day. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend North Coast Customs for any car.

Fast and thorough service! Anthony and his team worked on my husbands car which was dealing with an issue with its exhaust! They figured out the problem and fixed it and we had the car back within a day. He is honest and the price is fair. Thanks Anthony!
