5 stars 100%. I've been bringing my car here for every oil change, and they never disappoint. Their team is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, but these guys are the best in the business. Plus The Owner Jordan & family goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy.

I was a Zap Pro Lube customer for over a decade but ever since the business changed hands I have noticed a decline in the quality and service and an increase in the price and shady sales tactics. I had been looking for a new trustworthy oil change business for awhile when I spotted The Carr Shop's sign in Anacortes. I figured I would give them a try and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered everything I missed about the old Zap Pro Lube. It only took one visit to stoke my confidence that The Carr Shop offered efficient, honest and quality service. I came to find out later that the owner of The Carr Shop is related to the original owner of Zap, so it makes sense that he is running it in a way that inspires confidence in his customers. I'm happy to have a new trustworthy place

Had a great experience. I was in the middle of a very long trip. Showed up without an appointment and needed many services. Air, and fuel filters, oil change and a complete transmission flush. All but the transmission were finished in less then and hour and they were able to squeeze the transmission service in 2 days later. Which was great for me as my schedule was tight. In the process, they noticed that I had an improper dipstick and replaced it as well. Staff seemed competent and thorough. 2023 3/4 ton ram diesel. Thank you Carr shop. I’ll be back anytime I’m in the area and need service.

Just got an oil change at The Carr Shop. Walked my dog while they did it. I didn't realize what time it was getting to be and made it back with five (or less) minutes to spare. I apologized and they were so nice about it. It happens to be Saturday, of course they wanna get out of there on time!😏 So glad we have such a nice place to get our oil changes.

Just need to give a huge shoutout to Jordan and the whole crew a The Carr Shop. I was driving our car today and the oil temperature light started flashing suddenly. I was near the Carr Shop when it happened so my wife immediately called them and the second I showed up they had multiple guys ready to take over and help. They ran the codes, figured out what was wrong and caught a mistake from a larger Quick Lube chain. They tested it to make sure that the light didn’t come back (it didn’t) on and changed our oil all within around an hour. We truly felt so cared for - it was like having a whole emergency response team there to help. Can’t speak more highly of our experience!!!!!
