This was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. Joey met us on the lot and answered all of my questions! He went above and beyond to find the exact truck that I was looking for. He wasn't the pushy salesman, just a great guy. Him and Greg worked to get us a great deal and threw in some must have extras that they didn't have to throw in. I would recommend North Country Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! Thank you Joey and Greg and the rest of the staff!!

JJ did an outstanding job as my salesman. He answered every question I had about the vehicle. Shannon Parker was also outstanding. He did everything he could possibly do to earn my business and he did that. Brandon Esch was also wonderful in F and I. He was able to lower my payment than what I had agreed to. It was an overall outstanding experience. I highly recommend JJ if your needing a new/used vehicle.

I barley made it to the dealership in my 2018 ford Explore but Kelly Blansit ( may I say best name ever) took great care of me and now I am in a 2026 Ford Escape 🥰🥰🥰. I purchased a truck earlier this month with a missing piece on the grille. I understood this when buying a pre-owned vehicle. However, Ford of Jasper put in writing that the replacement part would be ordered, shipped to me, and installed at no cost. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have been patient and have made multiple attempts to contact my salesman and the dealership for updates. Nearly three weeks later, I have received no callbacks, no answers, and no resolution. Before the sale, communication and effort were excellent. After the sale, it has been nonexistent. I drove three hours to do business with this dealership and expected professionalism and follow-through. This experience shows a lack of accountability and customer service.
