Bought new tires and had them installed for my bike here. Was happy until I realized my front tire was leaking air and I noticed the paint on my rims we're all chipped. Took about a month to get me in to see what was going on. They told me they had sealed the tire bead and replaced the valve stem. Within the following weeks the tire ended up going completely flat. Brought it to them a second time. This time they kept it for three days then told me it was not leaking and that someone must be playing tricks on me. The owner seemed bothered and dismissive. I Get the bike back and tire is flat again. Finally I realized it was the valve stem that they supposedly replaced. When you push up on it air pisses out. Whoever worked on the tire was clearly incompetent and the owner does not care.

About a month ago I went there to buy my first motorcycle. Didn't know if I wanted Kawasaki Vulcan 900 or Vulcan S. Other than welcoming me to their shop they didn't bother me with high pressure sales. I immediately fell in love with Vulcan S in satin black. After I approached them about my interest. Fred was amazing with his knowledge about his products. He made sure bike fit me. After explaining to Fred I was getting a retirement account loan for this midlife crisis purchase he accepted a deposit to hold it for me. They even installed crash bars I picked up. The experience felt like I was dealing with a friend or family. I will go there for all my needs.

If you want to be treated like family, THIS is the place for maintenance and buying powersports. Fred is very knowledgable, professional and always willing to answer questions by a fairly new rider like myself. The service tech is beyond helpful, professional, and friendly. He even came out and topped off my bike with oil and fixed a random loose pedal bracket without even hesitating. I highly recommend Fred and his great team for your bike needs. Paul. A 👍

Here are FOUR excellent alternatives to this deteriorating business: 1. Bay 4 in Tewksbury 2. Breaklites in Peabody 3. Power Performance Customs in North Reading 4. Cycle Gear in Woburn Before I begin, I need everyone considering using this business for repairs to know: This shop has an interior repair area as well as an EXTERIOR UNCOVERED repair area exposed to weather, elements, and THEFT. They keep many bikes outside in this fenced in area (visible from the street). This is where my bike was when vandals easily hopped their fence and stole my keys (the keys were kept in the gas tank lock, very smart guys) and cracked the plastic on my bike in the process (picture attached). For over a month, no one from North Reading Motorsports called to tell me that my keys had been stolen, bike vand
