I wish I could give them 6 stars! I have been going to Northeast Automotive for about 7 or 8 years now and have always had great experiences. They are honest, fair, and don't push things on the customers. They have a family business feel and have even helped me out when I was in a pinch on the roadside! Thank you Paula, Cliff, Cody, Kevin, and everyone else whose names I don't know!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Every employee is incredibly helpful, nice, they explain everything to you so you understand exactly what’s broken and why things need to be fixed/replaced. The price is the best in town for the most quality work you will find around! Kevin and Cody are both extremely helpful. As a young women this shop never tries to take advantage of me and upcharge or upsell anything to me. They listen to what I have to say and never undermine you. I avoided auto shops until this one. In the last six weeks I’ve been there five different times to have things fixed/replaced and have been able to get two of my cars back to normal again!

My wife and I started bringing our cars here based on their reputation, they fit us in their schedule and Kevin keeps us posted on the status, its been great. We keep going back because they use quality parts and do solid work, they're also transparent with billing. They've never tried to upsell us, its just - here is whats wrong, here's how we can fix it. No nonsense, great shop and people, highly recommend.
