Northeast Transmission

Has had my mothers car for multiple months now, she called frequently with no answer or call backs. She went in to grab boots from her car and get an update. “Oh its not done? I thought we already worked on that. Ill work on it today” will not be coming back, thats for sure. Theres horrible communication on their part. Lack of priority. If u want a quick job done, dont go here

I took my 1980 AMC to Marc for a transmission rebuild. After, I drove it to Detroit for the AMO Nationals with no issues! Marc might want to know my car took Silver in the driver class! Thanks for making this possible!

I was traveling from out of state, and I was experiencing transmission problems on my Chevy Silverado 3500HD Duramax/Allison. I just had my transmission totally overhauled before my trip. He brought me in, and plugged into my old port, went for a test drive, and came to the conclusion that I have a faulty Touque converter. My shop back in western NY was informed of this and they will be taking care of it. But I give a big thank you to Mark, and Matt at Northeast Transmission in Biddeford, Me. for helping me out. They spent a few hours of their time to help a traveler, and didn't charge me. Hope I can make it home with my trailer without to much trouble.

Mark is very helpful and does honest/trustworthy work. It is clear he cares about people and their vehicles safety. Will return if I need something again.
