I bought a BMW 325xi that needed work done to it. The guys here were very professional & were consistently giving updates on the progress & everything that was wrong with it. They were very quick on getting my car fixed & I haven’t had any issues with the work they have done! I highly recommend them!

I strongly recommend using this car repair shop in Rochester. For an individual who owns a Mercedes and Volkswagen. I have never had any issues or concerns giving my car to this team of hard working Men. Thanks for all the times you have helped me get back on the road. I will recommend this shop to everyone. I bought a Corvette from them July 2nd. In under 1000 miles after leaving the dealership I started experiencing issues with the car that made it undrivable for almost 3 weeks. It was a wiring issues and the repair cost to fix it was $390. Their were also other repairs needed that the Chevrolet dealership found, such as the shift cable and that repair alone is $639. And I needed two tire sensors right away, another $300. They lied about the warranty, it does not cover any and everything as I soon found when I called the warranty company and Northgate also refused to compensate for the repair cost that made the car undrivable! Overall I like my car, but to spend 20k and then immediately have to spend another $1500. Very bad business practice.
