I have been going to Northland Auto for a few years now and have never been happier with car techs. They are honest and reliable. They don't push you into extra repairs unless you need something done safety issues.I highly recommend them.

Exceptional in every respect!!! I had an immediate situation with a hard to find tire. I called, they answered. Their response was to bring it in, if we have the tire, we will take care of you. Fortunately, they had the tire. Without inconveniencing other customers they took very good care of me and had me back on the road in less than 2 hrs. at a competitive price. Thank you!!! More importantly, while i waited i saw how they run their business, how they go the extra mile for their clients. It was refreshing to see their true commitment to others. This is how we run our business and i enjoy working with others that do the same. I highly recommend!!!

This experience has been absolutely phenomenal. I blew a brake line leaving urgent care with 2 kids in the car. They got my van in that day and I was able to pick it up the next, it was fixed with a great price. Very happy and will highly recommend to anyone.

Northland Auto in Rockford was amazing during a recent snowstorm - our snow blower tire wouldn’t hold air. I brought it in and Mike and he immediately tried to reseed the tire. It still wouldn’t hold air. They ordered a tube to put inside and it was ready to go a few hours later. Mike let us know what was happening every step of the way and we had it repaired the same day. Great customer service!
