I would have to say I started going to river valley after I bought my 2007 f150 in 2021. My truck has been a nightmare of disasters since I bought it, I got gouged for price during pandemic when most small dealers were trying to stay afloat. River valley has been my savior! So helpful but just a bit overbooked, but only because people are fixing vehicles instead of trying to keep buying new. And river valley has the best service and knowledge. Props to them! Never been happier and won't go anywhere else.

Kyler is AWESOME! The entire staff is helpful and friendly. They're fair, trustworthy and reasonable. They only do repairs that are needed.

Excellent place to do business. Ethical, reasonably priced, and experienced. Sometimes it can be hard to find all three qualities in one mechanic, but River Valley Auto has them all. I would recommend this auto repair facility to anyone. We are a 4 car family and have had Lexus', Tahoe, Subaru, Porsche, Buick, Explorer. They have fixed them all, from extensive engine work to brakes and minor repair. Pricing has always been fair and work has always been superior.
