I recently had a newer V Plow damaged from a deer hit. The service writer and technicians did a great job assessing the parts needed, ordering and restoring my plow to new condition. I appreciated the discounted parts and labor with this out of pocket expense and their professionalism in the handling of this repair. I was told that they treat their customers like family when I recently bought a new plow from them and while it was an unfortunate event, I was glad to see that they held true to their commitment in treating me well. Thank you to everyone involved.

Well I gotta give it to the owner Dalton, I don’t give reviews often. Probably in 16 years of driving a truck and pulling up to a random shop with a difficult breakdown needed some welds and other stuff. He didn’t tell me tomorrow or next week . He said let pull u in the shop after I get this truck pulled out . On New Year’s Eve! Never once mentioned a holiday rate . Did the job in absolute GodSpeed. Had me out back on road by 4pm. Enough time to book a load. He is more than fair 100% . If yall spoil one of the last great mechanics, I am gonna kick ur azz myself . Pay the man what he is owed . I purchased a new Henderson dump body to be installed in a new Ram 5500. Had the dealership deliver the vehicle directly to Northland as they are almost 2 hours away. It was never disclosed that the dump body was over 3 years old and missing major components. They attempted to deceivingly use cheap aftermarket parts and send me down the road with a dump truck that would barely lift empty. They had multiple opportunities to come clean on why so many issues were arising and why the truck wasn't ready. After over a month an employee in the back was the only person in the building with any integrity finally told me what was going on! Thankfully that forced them to have to order the right parts.
