The staff was very friendly and helpful, communication was on point as well as trying to work with you trying to get you the best possible price to help you out. ( including working with you on the down payment portion of things.) But be careful with the small talk. When i came back after they found me a deal, They try to get you to stay by trying to keep up a conversation with you. If you know what you have in mind and have the $$ to get it done, i’d recommend them. but be wary about the conversations.

I went and I was introduced to Kayley, she was very nice and let me see the Tacoma I was looking for. She even let me test drive it as soon as I was there and was very nice and upfront. Sean also helped me out on making sure I was making the right choice. Thank you so much NorthSide Auto Sales!!

Initially went in to sell my car, they were the only company offering TOP DOLLAR for it, they did not pressure me to buy a car from them, they expressed they would buy my car regardless… no pressure! Needless to say they had the vehicle I wanted anyway and I bought it from them during the same transaction under 2 hours everything was complete, old car sold, new one purchased, tag transferred, and payments covered all in one place! Friendly staff, relatable, easy to engage with, they know their stuff and how to get it done fast! My day went well…such a pleasure! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
