They did a great job! Everyone was so nice and friendly! They didn’t try to upsell me or claim random repairs needed to be done. They washed my car perfectly without any scratches or dings, and even put my key on its key ring that I didn’t even get from them! As a black man sometimes we are judge going into places like this but I was treated just like everyone else! Great job Agustin!Thank you Northside Lexus!

Tried scheduling a service appointment online and over the telephone and no one could answer simple questions over the telephone with regard to appointment times and availability or pricing. This is after being bombarded by service sales ads on social media. You guys really have to get your phone CSR efficiency up. The level of incompetence by your service telephone contacts or general north side telephone operators is really unacceptable for 2026.

Great experience. Pricey, of course, but you get what you pay for. You cannot beat the professional service at Northside. I appreciate the staff and their attention to detail!

Had an 11:00am appointment 30,000 mile service and told 1.5 hours. Almost 4 hours later we are finally leaving. I understand situations but things should not be overbooked for those that have appointments a month in advance.

Disgusting attitude towards customers. I came to give the car to the service and waited here for 4 hours simply because the manager said he was busy. I waited for a signature for 4 hours, this is nonsense.
