The people here are friendly and capable of doing oil changes and basic car repairs but not on European cars. I took my 2019 Audi Q7 in for an oil leak which turned into 4 visits and over $1,500 in repairs with an engine light still on. After one issue after another, and oil still leaking, I took it a European car shop that gets very good reviews in Westerville. They had to replace after market parts that had duct tape on them when I was told they were using Audi parts. They also had used a clamp on the coolant to my turbo charger that leaked coolant everywhere. The fuel lines were bent and damaged. The oil plug was not replaced with the proper Audi plug or ring so fuel was still leaking. I had to pay an additional $3,600 to get the damage they did repaired. The owner Dave refused to reimb

I took my 2016 CRV to him to diagnose a knocking noise in my engine. Turns out, it was a rod. He found the best replacement engine for the best price and had it installed in less than a week. Price for full engine replacement was also very reasonable! Car is running great! He is an honest guy that is just out here to help how he can. Highly recommend.
