Honesty, integrity, and fair prices, did I mention friendly. My rear window was all distorted from the window tinting. I was going to have the glass replaced today. Northstar called and informed me this morning that the tinting came off in one piece. After a reputable tinting place in Rochester said it could not be done. I am so grateful to you guys. I get all my car repairs done at Southwest Auto. I haven't had anything done at the Tranny Shop but they manage that as well. Thank you!

Scott has helped my dad with his vehicles for many years and I just recently started using the shop as well. They have been nothing but upfront and honest, and they deliver on their word! I was amazed by how smooth my car rides and looks beautiful! They kept me informed and answered all of my questions and were VERY patient with me the whole time! But MOST importantly these people here are some of the most genuine, kind, and sincere people ever! They truly want what is best for you and your car needs!
