I was looking for a very specific model with a list of features, and Karina was incredibly helpful and attentive from the start. Her communication was top-notch throughout the process, keeping me informed at every step. She was efficient, never pressured me, and the final price was exactly as agreed upon. It was my first time buying from a car dealership, and it was a really positive experience. Ed, the salesman I worked with, was super friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the experience. Hector also was really helpful with financing and ended up securing a great rate. The whole thing was pretty easy! Really grateful to this non-pushy team, and particularly Ed, for going the extra mile to getting me set up in my new car. I'd definitely recommend this dealership to a friend.

Came out to check out the march e in the lot . it was very poorly maintained . the car that I looked at was a EV with 10% charge (damaging the battery) some of the body panels were not fully on and the lights in the back were loose when I asked for the Carfax the system didn’t work and when I went to check out the backseat, there was mold. I wanted to test drive the car, but there was way too many vehicles in the way and the car once again was at 10%, which is very damaging to the battery. I found this car on Facebook, but as soon as I brought up the problems, andy blocked me on Facebook instead of addressing the issues

Extremely Disappointed - Do Not Buy a Car from Northwest Auto Empire! I had a terrible experience at Northwest Auto Empire that I feel compelled to share, so others can avoid the headaches I faced. I went there with high hopes of purchasing a reliable vehicle, but instead, I ended up with a broken car and a massive headache. From the moment I arrived, the staff seemed more interested in making a sale than addressing my concerns. After some back and forth, I decided to buy a car that I believed was in good condition. However, once I got home and took a closer look, I discovered several issues that had been conveniently overlooked.
