They are wonderful. I called with a broken cv axel. Told me to bring it in; I did with the part in hand. Was given a loaner car so I could go to work. Picked it up the next morning. They gave me a full inspection. A great experience. As usual with these guys. A bit expensive, but worth it. Clean shop, great all around experience. I continue to go to Northwest Auto because I can depend on the best quality of car for me and my my vehicles. I two thumbs up and recommend to anyone who needs any auto repairs or even info regarding something I may hear.

Great Job! I brought my Toyota Avalon in for an alignment issue and trunk issue. The car was fixed perfectly and the crew was outstanding. A very reasonable & fair price and timely turn around time. Northwest Auto Specialists were able to repair a problem in my van that others had written off as not reparable. They are knowledgeable, kind, and cost friendly. I will definitely use their services in the future, and I highly recommend their business.

This is my car place! They have always been super customer service oriented, fair pricey and upfront about pricing. When other auto places have shrugged off my concerns Northwest Auto Specialist listened and have been able to fix any issues going on. They have always been timely, and they have excellent communication.

Had the vehicle brought in for my sister for a cooling light issue. Had no leaks and was not overheating but had a bad sensor. To fix the sensor and the light for the license plate in the back and flush the brake system it was just shy of $800. They did a wonderful job doing the work but I felt It was overpriced. Of course it's a foreign car so I kind of expected the price to be a little higher because of the diagnosis issues. Otherwise am very satisfied Scott was excellent and very patient with my numerous phone calls.
