O'Reilly Auto Parts

I bought an engine here. Always helpful and resourceful. Especially great identifying a part that I couldn't figure out. They supply several local mechanics, and even brokered a difficult supplier for me. Decent prices and straight answers. That's hard to find anymore, except here at 15th Ave O'Reilly.

Its an auto parts store with workers that only help you because they have to, none of them ever seem like they want to be there. Customer service is VERY lacking. On several occasions I could see most if not all of the staff in the backroom on their phones and visiting with each other while completely ignoring customers. The one by Burgerville is a better parts store, in my opinion .

Always got what you need and they don't, they will inna few days. Employees are always friendly and help out, if you don't know jack about your car or cars in general they're patient and will always help you learn what you need to know if you ask. Always recommend O'Reillys for a good price and awesome customer service

They usually have what I need. The employees are great, except their new blonde haired manager, who is unpleasant. They seem to be understaffed
