Northwest Tire

Shout-out to Northwest Tire (Grand Forks)! It was pouring today on I-29, and while traveling with my family I noticed my tire pressure dropping fast. I took the Gateway Drive exit and barely made it to Northwest Tire before the tire went completely flat. Even though it was lunchtime and raining hard, the manager—a very kind and courteous young man (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name)—jumped right in and got me back on the road quickly, free of charge as a courtesy. Professional, prompt, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went in this morning to replace a valve stem on my trailer. The technician that did the job was professional and did a great job. Was in and out. Went inside to pay and I was told no charge, it was just a valve job. NO CHARGE!! I was stunned but also so grateful and much blessed. Thank you so much. God Bless this tire shop.

Always get great products and great service here. Tim helped us get good tires for my girlfriend's vehicle. Tim was awesome! I am a lifetime customer here because of how great this place and its employees are.

Great person at the front desk. Ty and Gabriel explained to me transmission flush vs exchange. Got quotes strut replacements, brake bleed, radiator flush, power steering fluid hose replacement. Update 4/27/22: I've had consistent great service from NW tires. This time with Tim and Isaac. There was a rear clunking noise on low speeds 25-30mph. I thought it was a bad sway bar link, bushing or struts. Apparently, it was a muffler shield below by gas tank that broke. They fixed it for free. I've been to 5 different shops to try out different services and I'm thinking of sticking with NW tires.

I went to Firestone and asked specifically if I would need to replace any of my tires in order to pass inspection. They said definitely not and all 4 of my tires have full tread still. I went here for inspection in order to get ND plates and they said I needed brand new rear tires. They refused to pass me even when I explained what Firestone had said. Very uncomfortable experience and weird people making mocking and demeaning comments when I was just trying to explain the situation. I had to pay full for the inspection when my tires have zero issues and the car did not pass inspection. P.S, they also sell tires there, not really a coincidence. I am definitely not rich and they actually think I am on their time.
