Edit 1/19/26: OMFG LOOK AT THEIR RESPONSE...🤣🤣🤣 yeah. Avoid these clowns. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Had a drive tire on my semi blow out Saturday night. Called their after hours dispatch. According to dispatch they have THREE PHONE NUMBERS for 2 techs and the manager and NOT ONE OF THEM ANSWERED THEIR PHONES. On the advice of the after hours dispatch I parked at the shop and they tried again at 7am Sunday morning, and again NOBODY ANSWERED THEIR PHONES. I googled semi tire repair, found Mark's tire repair and 45 minutes later I was at the truck stop having my tire replaced. Don't waste your time with NW Tire. Whether they just couldn't be bothered to answer their phones or they failed to make sure THEIR dispatch has correct numbers, the experience of pointlessly waiting for an after hours

Northwest Tire in Dickinson is an unethical business and should be avoided. My daughter was going to drive to college and out of state so I wanted the vehicle to be as reliable as possible. You can see from the attached invoice that I spent a lot at NW Tire. While replacing tires they recommended installing front struts which I agreed to. They also couldn't get it into alignment and recommended replacing the right rear control arm with an aftermarket part which was adjustable. They installed it, but you can see that the after alignment it was no better than before. So my daughter took the vehicle to Tennessee and luckily made it to Sioux Falls with her fiance before the control arm they replaced broke. The staff here were fantastic. They replaced one of my tires and inspected the remaining tires, including the spare. They could have easily tried to oversell me on tires but didn't. That's honesty at its finest. Even the other customers were great. Mark, I think he was the service manager, made recommendations on where to travel next. He recommended Spearfish and he was right on the money with his recommendation. John, a customer, was a former long haul trucker but only did locally now, was so pleasant. We talked about how when I park overnight at WalMart the truckers tend to take notice if me in my RV and will sort if park around me as if to offer protection. I appreciate that kindness. Overall a fantastic crew and customers.

I've taken class 8 trucks and trailers to NW several times. The folks there are pleasant and communicative. Their alignments are solid, and they do all three axles. Tire changes are swift and sound. I can't comment on pricing as I've always been signing off on company accounts.

Made an appointment for an alignment for my truck 2 days in advance. As I showed up for my appointment supervisor told me technician was running late, and turned his back on me with no apologies. The technician went to lunch disregarding the time of the customer had. I would have given no Star for this review but I had no option for no Star. Go elsewhere for services
