5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a flat just before Watertown while driving from Park Rapids, MN to Sioux Falls. My husband got the spare on and we pulled into Northwest Tire — best decision! We dropped off the tire and went for a quick burger, and they called before we finished eating. When we returned they were ready to pull my Pilot into the garage and had it done in under 10 minutes for only $10. Jacob helped us at the front desk and the mechanic was friendly and efficient. Clean waiting room with plenty of hot drinks (I even made my own tea). Fast, affordable, and professional — highly recommend!

I had a great experience with the team at Northwest Tire in Watertown. I had an appointment late on a Friday to get a set of four new tires, and didn't know which tires I wanted to purchase beforehand. The customer service manager walked me through multiple options and didn't just try to sell me on the highest-priced tires. He used personal anecdotes to help educate me on the best choice for my budget, and I didn't feel pressured one way or the other. The service manager and his team stayed past closing time to get the tires mounted, balanced, and aligned. I will continue to go there for services in the future.

The men at NW tires are always willing to help you make the right choice with fixing your car. They discuss options and prices. The shop fee is reasonable and they think outside the box when figuring out what is most urgent to repair. Especially in this economy. I recommend them all day for tires, batteries. steering, tuneups and oil changes. They go the extra mile. You can trust them to do a great job.

My son had a tire issue on the way from fargo to sioux falls. he's only been driving a short time and they did the repair.let him go on the road and a small issue arose and they came out fixed things promptly and was back on the road no more issues they were nice, courteous prompt and professional called me twice 👍 👍👍
