I went to this shop for an oil change and spark plug replacement. Before the work started, I specifically asked if they use a torque wrench for spark plugs, and I was told yes. During the job, I saw them remove/install the spark plugs using an impact driver, which is not correct or safe for spark plugs. When I questioned it, they admitted their torque wrench was broken and then told me “nothing will happen.” Since this visit, my engine has been overheating, which it was not doing before. Improperly torqued spark plugs can cause serious engine damage, and their explanation afterward completely contradicted what they promised before starting the job. He helped me identify an issue which was mis-diagnosed by every other shop. He ended up saving me atleast $1000 in a single repair! Mohaen Ali is an amazing guy. Doesn’t BS with you at all. Doesn’t waste your time. The only reason I went to this location because of Mohsen. Definitely recommend this location because of Mohsen.

Helped me out when I needed an alternator replaced and they were the only shop to answer at like 5am on a Saturday. Tow truck was expensive but considering circumstances I'm just lucky to have been close to this shop. They had my car done by noon once their mechanics came in at 9am.
