My family and I have been going to Sam for major auto repairs for years. He’s always honest and upfront about necessary repairs and pricing, he does good work, and he stands by his word. Both major repairs he’s done on my current car have been more affordable and than other nearby shops and have worked out very well. I can confidently go to him knowing he won’t overcharge me or try to upsell me on repairs I don’t need!

Competent mechanics, fair pricing and friendly service, they are the best. Recently, I had a major with my car that needed immediate service and the mechanics solved the problem in 1 day. This is not unusual for Northwestern. I have been a customer for the past 6 years and they are the only place I will take my car for service including oil changes.
