The sideview mirror casing on my wife's car was damaged. Thankfully Norwalk Autocraft was able to reassemble the mirror casing from the pieces. On top of saving me the large expense of replacing the entire mirror, they waived any charges for the work to reassemble the casing. Work was also performed rapidly and we had our car back within just a few hours. Honest and easy to work with, highly recommend!
I had a very good experience at this body shop. Ken, the owner, was very professional and helpful. Said it would take a few days to repair my car, and it was actually done in just a couple. My car was washed and spotless when I came in to pick it up. Would definitely recommend, and would definitely come back again if needed.
Norwalk Auto Craft did a really great job repairing my Mini. It looks beautiful - almost better than when I bought it [used] a year ago. In addition to body work, the car was washed and completely cleaned inside and out. No residual dust, dirt, boot prints or anything were left behind. All of the miscellaneous stuff I had left in the car were placed in a plastic bag to keep them from getting lost or soiled. Just a phenomenal job.
(WARNING) Highly do not recommend! Won’t completely repair your vehicle. Will leave new dents/ scratches on your car and will try to deny it unless you have pictures of the car before you drop it off (which I did) and will still avoid fixing the issue! Bring your car to casales which is right around the corner from this shop who will take significantly better care with your vehicle! Stay clear from here! Bad business
Body shop does not take responsibility for the work performed. Our 1 yr old car was taken to this body shop. Due to the extent of the damage, a lot of things needed to be rewired. A week after the car was returned to us, we took the car to the dealer for regular oil change. They found out tail lights were not working. Upon further research, they discovered problem with the wiring and explained to someone touched it. I explained the car was in accident and just came back from body shop. Dealer couldn't cover the fix under the warranty due to the fact that someone had touched it. Upon contacting the auto body, they got nasty and insisted it was not their fault although later they admitted the wiring work was outsourced to a third party. They were going to research and get back to us but a mo
