I had a great experience here. Redd was the person who helped me, and he was very professional, honest, and helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain what was going on with my brakes and made sure I understood the work that needed to be done. The staff was friendly, the service was straightforward, and everything was handled in a timely manner. It’s always a good feeling when you can trust the people working on your vehicle. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, and I appreciate the good customer service. Thanks again to Redd and the team for taking care of my Expedition.

Man, I wish a quarter of business were legit and this efficient. I took my can to this Texan Auto Repair and they just made things worse. I went in for 3 Tire sensors to be replaced and coded… I spent 7 hrs one day and another 3 hrs the next day and still no readings of the sensor. I went to this shop because it’s a “Pal” location carmax is affiliated with and man… what a mess… well, after driving around I googled tire shops near me… NTB was the first on Google. I spoke to the Store manager JUSTUS was incredible, he said come by and we will get it done. It didn’t take him 5 mins to do something another shop took 2 days. Loss of income for me, those people drove my car to 2 other shops to try coding the sensors, I didn’t even know my car left the premises… I went to get my car charger and t

Got my car up and running after months of sitting. Very good communication and talked everything over with me before and after services. Justice and China were my points of contact through the process and made me feel heard and taken care of. Redd was instrumental in getting me checked out and took care of the process with no issues. This location has always been a favorite of mine, but this recent experience was a cut above in customer service, timely repairs, and good work on the car. Thank you!
