I made an appointment online to get two new tires. I tried to call the store to confirm my appointment and they work would be completed within an hour but I was routed to a call center. Why make it hard to call the store? The work was done timely. The two employees I had contact with were professional and friendly. The customer waiting area is underwhelming.

I had a great experience at NTB Tire & Service Center. I went in for an alignment and to repair a tire that had a nail in it, and the whole process was quick and smooth. The service manager, Trevor, was a huge help—very professional, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. He explained what needed to be done and made the experience stress-free. The team did a great job, and my car is driving perfectly now. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this location!

This Ellisville location gives very prompt and courteous service. I had a tire with a screw embedded in it. I brought the car in on a Friday afternoon without an appointment, and in less than 30 minutes they had me back on the road at very modest cost. It saved me from trying to drive around on the donut tire all weekend.

I called to see if I could get an appointment this morning for a check up on my tires. They have been running low every day, especially the back one. They did not have anything available, but Jason said if I could bring it in and leave it, they would certainly work it in for me. I brought it in At around 11 and left it. They were finished by three. They did find a nail in my tire and repaired it At no charge. I was happy to get this problem solved as it has been going on for a couple of days. I would highly recommend going to this location for any kind of work. I will certainly keep them in mind for any other services or any other automobile parts I would need. Excellent customer service
