Kory helped us quickly and got us taken care of before the close of business day . We pulled up to eat dinner nearby and noticed that one of the tires on our RAM 3500 was losing air fast. We searched online and saw this business was 3 minutes away and we could make it before we had our tire go completely flat. We were able to drop our truck off and go eat dinner while they were able to patch our tire. They were done and had us out the door before 6 pm when they closed! Happy customers ! I woke up to find one of my tires low and discovered a nail lodged in it. My son recommended that I try NTB, and I’m so glad I did. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Quan, who was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. He inspected my tire right away to confirm that it could be plugged, explained the cost, and gave me a clear timeframe for the repair. The turnaround time was perfect—especially since I was traveling today to attend a concert. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Corey at the front desk is a super friendly and personality filled guy. He was very attentive to my situation and made SURE to be as much help as he possibly could be. Great service from these gentleman here at NTB!

Writhing moments of walking in I was greeted very kindly by Quan who quickly got my car into the shop! I came in for a flat tire, Quan walked me through everything and gave me excellent service. I was out of the service center in less than 30 minutes. Davis also went out of his way to notice and help me with my car! Safe to say if I need help with my tires this is where I’ll be going!
