I'm like a frequent flyer to this NTB location. When I needed to replace all 4 tires on my car last summer, NTB said it had to be pre-ordered (rare size - no one stocks them). The tires came the next day and the crew installed them right away. A couple of months later, i blew out the sidewall on the highway. They were able to get my car in and out very quickly with a brand new tire (even when I dropped off the car minutes after closing time). A couple of weeks after that, my TPMS light came on and I just took the car in. They inspected all my tires and got me back on the road within the hour. I was extremely happy at the service I have revived at this location. I needed a battery reset for my VW Jetta and thankfully they were able to do that as other local locations do not. I definitely recommend coming here for whatever your car needs may be

I always get great service at NT &B. They have evaluated a leak from my truck determining that my turbo was leaking without charging me for the evaluation. I’ve had many services done at this business with complete satisfaction over many years.

Update: I have brought several vehicles to this location, they have done a good job on other vehicles until today. I brought a truck in for a tire rotation and balance of a wheel yesterday, they stated that a lug was cross threaded coming off but the lug nut was perfectly fine, I just needed a stud replaced and I would have to come in today to have that done. They offered me a discount to leave a 5 star review yesterday, gave me my total for the work and said I am good to go, they would have me in and out today. No quote for the work, no talk of additional cost for the replacement of the stud. I’ve never seen a lug nut get put all the way on cross threaded and when it’s removed, it’s still good to be used again. I bet to wonder if this lug was cross threaded when they were putting the tire
