I thought I scheduled an appointment for 9 AM and I actually didn’t. I also won’t failed to mention that I got sprayed by a skunk in my truck literally was wreaking and they brought me in no problem whatsoever . The manager was absolutely as personable and friendly as possible. He didn’t even charge me a cent. I would recommend this place to anybody me and my mom have had great success here and I’ll continue to come here for years to come and I recommend this to anybody. Thank you so much.

Cameron helped us out today. No pressure sales, but did inform me of the cons and pros of each selection. Bathroom was in good condition, with complimentary lady necessities if needed, which is a very thoughtful touch haha. Waiting area was clean with different seating options (great for my back injured self) and vending availability.

Trust is not something that is normally associated with service centers. But the staff at NTB Lancaster Ohio have definitely earned my trust!. The staff is honest and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend their services. Absolutely amazing experience. I would rate higher than 5 stars if I could.

Went in because my father who was visiting out of state had a flat on his way into Ohio. Called Andrew at the front desk and he fit us in and fixed it in less than an hour good as new. We appreciate them for a friendly and seamless experience. Will definitely return for future maintenance.

During a level 2 snow emergency I was very happy to see a technician working. Cameron was by himself but took the time to patch my tire and had me safely on my way in 20 minutes. Thank you for being open when most stayed home!
