I had an awesome experience at the shop thanks to Bri! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood my options without ever feeling pressured. Bri handled everything with professionalism and genuine care. It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with real expertise, but she absolutely does. My car was taken care of quickly, and I left feeling confident about the work that was done. If you’re stopping by the shop, ask for Bri she’s fantastic!
Really good experience here! Bri was super polite and easy to talk to. She took her time explaining everything about my tires and made sure I was comfortable with what they were doing. Even double-checked a few things just to be sure, which I really appreciated. Felt honest and reassuring the whole time. Definitely recommend!
Awesome experience! They were super respectful and honest. I came in to get my truck battery checked, I got it replaced in 30 minutes. They were transparent throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend them and will be coming back for any future needs.
absolutely amazing experience! The assistant manager Bri treated me with kindness, explained everything clearly , and made the whole process stress free. The manager Brian was very well knowledged , looked at my car immediately in the parking lot and instantly knew I needed an alternator just from my dashboard! The guys in the shop, were quick from start to finish and did an amazing job and even made some reccommendations for my future visit I look forward to seeing this crew again , this is OFFICIALLY my go-to tire shop!
George and Bryan were AMAZING! I needed a new battery and they went out of their way to take care of me. They were about to close on a Friday and still took me in. I tried 3 different places and nobody would take me 45 minutes before closing. George had me out of there within 15 minutes. They were both kind and super helpful : )
