I brought my Tesla Model Y in to get a tire patched, and I couldn’t be more impressed. This was my second time coming back, and once again they delivered excellent service. They had everything done within an hour, which honestly amazed me. These guys have definitely earned my repeat business. Highly recommend!

Quick service, reasonable pricing, and didn't have to question the honesty of the staff. They diagnosed it correctly and had me back out the door running well. Only dinged one star because they couldn't get a bolt off and didn't feel comfortable using a torch, so their repair capabilities are a bit limited.

I wanted to thank Jason an installation Tech for NTB in Mentor OH. Yesterday, Sunday, afternoon at about 5:30 PM, we had a blowout driving home South on St Rt 44 in Concord OH. Jason was kind enough to stop an assist my son and I remove the damaged tire and install the spare on his way home from work and asked for nothing in return, Unbelievable! It restores your faith in humanity. Thank you Jason! You're the man!

Had a flat tire mid January that could not be repaired. Called over the weekend and NTB was able to get us in the following day, early on Sunday. Jim was super helpful and gave us all the options. He was able to get my spare tire on in just a few minutes and I was on my way until I could get it replaced. Very thankful for NTB and for Jim for being so helpful and efficient!

Recently I sent my wife to NTB Mentor Ohio store to have some work done on her Honda and the service at this location is outstanding. This store is very professional. We sincerely trust the manager Jim and the auto mechanic Sheldon. Our family will not take our cars anywhere except here because they are honest and good people!
