NTB-National Tire & Battery

I came in because my brakes were making a noise. From the time I walked in the door till the time they checked my brakes letting me know I would need brakes everyone I came in contact with was very nice and informative to what I needed and how much it would cost. Service was great and quick. Highly recommend this place!

I have taken my truck to the Mount Juliet NTB for service. Their staff is always friendly and professional. All work performed is explained and completed to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or neighbor

I had a nail in my tire so I pulled into NTB. Didn’t have an appointment and they were short staffed. The staff that was there today were all very kind and took care of my tire in a timely manner! The price wasn’t terrible either.

Came in because my car was flickering and hesitating to start so I thought maybe it was the battery or alternator. Came in. They got me in quick within 20 minutes. They diagnosed that I was missing a bolt gave me all of my options. Dylan was honest, quick and friendly. He gave me a temporary effects until they could order the part so that I wasn’t stuck dealing with this for the next couple days and I am so appreciative.

Excellent service! Dylan and his team are so friendly and do their very best to make sure you're taken care of and informed. No pushiness, just very kind people and help any way they can anytime I come in. Great staff and service!
