New tires purchased and installed and a front end alignment 0n 03/08/26. Service was prompt, everything was explained, and the staff was very courteous and professional. Robert had helped me the day March 6 and was most useful and had to order tires. On 03/08 Javier had my alignment done immediately after my tires were installed, and Glenn assisted me through every part of the purchase process. I was very pleased.

Exceptional experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Javier, amazing technician. He checked me in and kept me posted with any updates. They quickly worked on my vehicle and checked in with me if they had a concerns. Honestly, the staff here were all wonderful! Highly recommend this location.

I had an amazing experience at NTB on Dixi Farm and Fm 518. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, courteous, and ready to help. They quickly diagnosed my tire issue and had me back on the road in no time. They even took the time to explain what was done and made sure I understood everything before leaving. Their prices were fair, and the quality of service was outstanding. It’s clear they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend NTB on Fm 518 and Dixi Farm anyone needing new tires, repairs, or just honest, dependable service.

Only leaving 1-star because I can’t leave negative stars. Brought my vehicle in to repair the tire pressure monitor on one tire. Set an appointment thru their site, which they didn’t honor. Said they don’t really follow that. Then why have the scheduling on the site?!?! After waiting more than three hours, they told me everything was good. However, next day, only one sensor was working. Basically, I walked in with three sensors working and left with only one working. That’s too tight of a window to be coincidence. Of course, they were more than happy to charge me $139 per sensor to replace the now “broken” sensors. I will NEVER buy another set of tires there! Actual review: MINUS 3 stars! UPDATE: I called the number in the "Response from the owner", which was supposedly Mavis Corporate. I
