This place was great. I went to get my tires rotated, first time as an adult getting car work done by myself. JR helped me and was so sweet. After my tires were rotated there was a few things they found wrong with my car and he asked if I had someone who he could call, like my dad, to explain what was wrong with my car. He called my dad, fully explained to him what needed to be done to my car, which I would’ve had a hard time understanding myself, and told my dad that he has a daughter around my age and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Great experience, would recommend. Also I got the tires rotated for free because of a coupon I got, so even better! Thank you JR for all your help, you’re awesome!

I have bought my last two sets of tires for my truck and could not be happier. They always do a great job in a timely fashion and do not over charge or seek to make additional repairs or try to sell me something I do not need. I appreciate honesty and integrity so I highly recommend Them to anyone needing their services.

Was here a few days ago woth my 78 Corvette for a alignment. Not to mention the knowledge from the managers in the office but the mechanic did a terrific job and took his time to get it right and may I add thorough. Today my wife had a slow leak in her car and took her in right away and repaired the leak. The staff are very nice and do a thorough job. They are very customer service oriented but the best part is you can trust them.

Been going to this location for over ten years I always receive great service. Today I brought my large cargo van for new tires and an alignment. I didn’t have an appointment and they still made sure I had my work vehicle ready for tomorrow. These guys go above and beyond! I will continue to go to the Waxhaw ntb for all of my vehicle needs.
