This place has to have the worst employees ever. They are so ignorant & rude. I absolutely hate picking up tires from them, definitely our last option we go with. The previous workers were amazing but these new people are just horrible, you cant ask questions because they will respond with cocky answers.

Horrible to work with , we've been trying to send a return back since Christmas, drivers walk right by them , multiple calls to get them picked up and zero action from NTW , I work for a local Ford dealership , if you're in The Salt Lake Valley use anyone else. Horrible company to deal with.

Absolutely the worst tire warehouse in the state of Utah if you don't have to use them don't. I have to and dread it every single day. Worst management worst customer service.

I tried to pick tires up,but people are not kind no one helps me, I don't know how to do. Terrible service.

Do not order from this company. Ordered Expres delivery tires that were supposed to be delivered within 90 minutes to my repair facility. Never received them charged me an extra $25 fee for Express delivery. This company is dishonest and they are thieves. Please take heed.
